I finally finished something that I’ve been dreaming of for years!! I’ve self-published a full-color, year-long, nature-inspired mindfulness journal.

This has been a labor of love for me, blending my passion for the natural world with the concepts of mindfulness, observation, and living in the present moment. There is some movement and breath work for good measure, as well. There is such a connection between what I see in nature and the philosophy of yoga, in particular the concept of being in the now, the present, through mindfulness. I’ve brought the two together in this journal.

It covers 52 nature-related topics for a full year of connection to both nature and ourselves. There are mindfulness ideas and journal prompts for each topic, with room to write or sketch each day. All photos are my own, from my travels and time interacting with the natural world.

I can’t tell you how excited I am to offer this. In our tech-driven world, we NEED to re-learn how to slow down and appreciate this beautiful world that lives and thrives right outside our door.

To quote my Mindful Outdoor Guide teacher and author of the book Rewilding, Micah Mortali: “Sometimes what we need is not more but less. Sometimes we need to let go and let nature show us the way.

The journal is available in 2 different formats: With and without blank writing pages. Both contain the same photos and 52 nature themes. The full journal is available HERE, and the shorter version without writing pages is in both print and e-book Kindle formats HERE.

Please feel free to share, I’d be ever so grateful ❤

Get Outside. Go Within.

Happy Trails,
Andrea
