Welcome to my blog… I’m an avid hiker/backpacker/snow-shoer (is that a word?), making up for a lot of lost time due to knee problems in my previous life. Getting outdoors and off the grid is my way of recharging my batteries and having fun. I’ve undergone multiple orthopedic surgeries and rehabs. Physical therapy, yoga, TRX, and learning about biomechanics are what keep me moving and healthy so I can explore and continue the outdoorsy things I love to do!

I teach Hatha, yin, and gentle yoga; TRX / TRX-Yoga; foam-rolling and myofascial release; and nature mindfulness. I’m an ACE Certified Health Coach and work at the YMCA as a yoga teacher and health coach, where I get to share my love of movement with others.
